Vale STARS provide new candidates and current supply staff with a portal to manage their compliance documents, display availability, candidates are matched to placements, can choose and accept school bookings, and complete timesheets.
Vale STARS supply staff portal is accessible to all registered Supply staff and is available 24 hours a day. The portal contains a comprehensive guide for using the system including updating availability, reviewing and accepting or declining school bookings as well as completing timesheets and viewing details of pay, all in one portal.
When supply staff frequently utilize the 24-hour-a-day access to the portal they are able to update their current availability and increase the opportunities to book and rebook placements at their chosen schools. Supply staff can view assignment details through their booking confirmation, sent automatically by email and SMS.
